SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Orders placed before 12pm usually leave our warehouse on the same day. Standard delivery times are between 2 and 4 working days in Germany and between 6 and 18 days within Europe.
- Shipping costs Germany 2.90€: from a shopping cart value up to 10€ excl. shipping costs.
- Free shipping Germany: from a shopping cart value of 10€ excl. shipping costs.
- Shipping costs Europe: 6.90€, for a shopping cart value up to 99.99€ excl. shipping costs.
- Free shipping Europe: from a shopping cart value of 100€ excl. shipping costs.
Outside EU: On request
To guarantee safe transport, we only send insured packages with Deutsche Post (DHL).
We also only ship with Go Green and thereby support the DHL Group, which has set itself the goal of improving CO2-efficiency by 50% by 2025. Our mission is to reduce all logistics-related emissions to zero by 2050.
